Is this free for homeowners?
Yes. Homeowners never pay us anything. Roofers pay a membership and for the enquiries they receive. The roofer quotes you directly and you decide.
Why only one roofer?
Because being passed to ten roofers means ten calls, ten site visits and a race to the cheapest price, not the best job. We choose one roofer who works in your area and does your kind of job, and they get your enquiry alone. You can always get other quotes elsewhere.
What do you check before a roofer gets my enquiry?
That the phone number works, that it is not a duplicate or spam, that the address is real and in an area we cover, that it is a roofing job and that the request is genuine. For larger jobs we may phone you first to understand the work and book a time that suits you.
How are the roofers chosen?
Every roofer listed with us is a member business we have checked, with a verified NZ business number where they carry the Verified Roofer badge. We also follow up with homeowners after a job is passed on, so we know who contacts people and who does not.
